He replaced all the decking on the first floor deck, adding a new addition to the deck and completely renovated a screened-in porch. They removed a floating deck on the upstairs deck and resurfaced the underlying fiberglass deck adding new railings. Scott was present throughout the job with his team (3 people). With this job there were little changes that I wanted made and Scott and the team were extremely accommodating and receptive. I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. My dad is the owner of the house, but he put me there. I'm the one that got the contractor and everything, and I'm telling you it's. As my parents have gotten older, as you can imagine i have had to do some construction, lighting, plumbing, doors and locks, and exterior roofing repairs within the past 6 months. I found roberto through a family member he had done some beautiful work for which included painting from floor to ceiling, new flooring, fixtures etc. I am happy to say that roberto is a treasure. He dismembered existing niche and installed concrete and red guard, new sills to wrap niche, mosaics on back wall and grout. It looks great now.
