These guys know what they’re doing. Tim is so professional. He is prompt, he communicates everything in detail and really pays attention to detail in the work. He’s also a really nice guy. His crew is polite and work so hard. They’d get here and never stop working. Maybe 5 minutes to eat a sandwich. I plan to hire Tim for future projects. No question about it! Highly recommend."

"I am writing Home Advisor to let them know how pleased I am with the service I received from JLC building company. The latest home improvement Jay completed for my wife and I was a combination, carport / deck. I had Jay expand the Inlaw apartment in the lower level of our house. This expansion took over my garage which lead to the need for a carport. Jay constructed the carport with pressure-treated beams and it came out great. However, it was the deck above the carport that really stands out. Jay used composite decking that was secured to the carport. He used fasteners that locked in the decking without the need to drill holes in the decking itself. This resulted in a beautiful deck that did not have hundreds of lines where the screws fasten the decking to the framework. Jay, then recommended a dark railing system that blended in with the surrounding woods. The dark railing is so much better than the white railing we have on the other side of our house. That white railing was here when we purchased the home and it optically closes in the deck and draws your attention away from the natural surroundings. After completing the deck, Jayâ s crew removed a window and installed an awesome slider. The slider gives us access to the huge deck from our middle floor. It has adjustable louvers inside the glass which allows us to view the beautiful outdoors or choose to have privacy without the need for drapes. Jay finished the job with white shiplap inside which accented the living room perfectly. I am not sure what our next project might be but I do know that JLC builders will be doing the work. Rick"

"We hired All Work Construction to update our master bathroom, including marble floor and shower walls, custom niche, new tub, vanity with marble top, electrical etc. I'm a designer and perfectionist, so this job was rather complex, with a few minor hick-ups. All Work Construction did an amazing job overall, Vlad and his team were very responsive and pleasant to work with. We love our new dream bathroom! Would like to hire them again, to remodel our kids' bathroom :)"

The remodeling project exceeded all expectations, transforming the bathroom into a stunning, modern space. The old bathtub, which had been in use for 25 years, was becoming increasingly difficult for a 90-year-old to navigate due to its high step. Now, thanks to the thoughtful renovation, there is a comfortable and easily accessible shower that allows me to sit down and enjoy the experience without any struggle.
