"It went excellent. Tony's team took 5 business days to complete the work. In that time, they installed all new supports with concrete footers. They were able to jack the porch up to almost the exact level it was when initially built. They installed a concrete pad for the stairs and additional supports for the stair structure. They re-attached the porch, making it flush with the home again. When they encountered a problem with anchoring to the home, they found a solution that resulted in no additional cost to the customer. From start to finish, Tony and his team were consummate professionals in the pre-coordination,execution, and completion of the project. I can't recommend them enough."

They were very easy and courteous to work with and provided key input when needed for HVAC considerations. They worked well with coordinating electrical work and getting required town inspections done in a timely manner. In addition, David provided good suggestions to enhance our finished basement plans prior to starting the work, including how we may be able to reroute some plumbing to enhance our celling height. "The coordination for the appointment for the work went smoothly and quickly as date and time for performance of the work was easily agreed upon. On the date of the appointment the representative from the company arrived approximately an hour after the scheduled appointment time. Upon investigation of the work to be done, the company representative stated that he did not have the material and/or equipment to complete the work and added that I would be responsible for paying for the additional material and/or equipment. In addition, due to material not being available at that time, the work would have to be rescheduled for another date. I contacted the company to owner to discuss this further and he stated that I was responsible for the cost of the material and equipment needed to complete this work. I then informed the company owner that would be cancelling this work and requesting a refund for this purchase."
