"It was done in the promised amount of time of 4 weeks. There was a bit of a delay with the township. The workers did outstanding work, the decks they have done in my neighborhood are by far the most beautiful. "I would rate as an A, but unfortunately feel that I was mislead and oversold by the sales person in a few areas. I received conflicting information over whether I would need an additional electrical outlet for sump pump (I do). He also mentioned there would be cleanup activity performed around the edges of the egress window (it was not). Lastly, I feel I was oversold on the sump pump as it seems significantly more powerful than what is needed. It should not surprise me as sales is intended to upsell as much as possible and I went along with it, so this is more my own fault than theirs, but figured worth noting for the benefit of future customers when all the extra bells and whistles are being pushed on you. Outside of this, quality of work that was performed seems good, working crew was polite and courteous."
