"The work completed was of the highest quality. Danny, the owner of DM Building, is a fair and honest business owner, and very responsive. He has a very skilled group of people and they did a great job from start to finish. Our foreman, Scott, who treated the project like it was his own home, provided excellent guidance and help throughout the remodel. The attention to detail was impressive and suggestions were made along the way which made the house even better. Most of the workers are employees which helps in scheduling work. We did work with some contractors recommended and managed by DM Building for kitchen and laundry cabinets, as well as tiling and flooring--and they were professional and did excellent work. In my case, I had never done a remodel and my husband was the main contact in initiating the work. Unfortunately, he died when we were in the middle of the rebuild. Danny, Scott and his crew were very supportive and helped me through the remodel, over and above my expectations, accommodating additional changes and working with me to get everything completed. The house is beautiful."

"TNT Design and Build were almost 4 contractors that I had met with to remodel my Serra Mesa home. I referred them to now, four of my family members, and they are all very pleased with the work that was completed. We did a fairly large remodel which included an addition of 620 ft, a kitchen remodels and 2.5 bathroom remodels. They also did all the flooring in the house as well as painting throughout. They just completed a project which they estimate it would take three months and just under 2 1/2 months from start to finish. The quality of work is absolutely stunning and I cannot wait to bring them by to remodel our guest bedroom. "From start to finish a very professional operation. They came out and made measurements and then provided a detailed contract of work to be done. Very good communication of when payments were due and for what. I specifically wanted engineered hardwood made in America and when I selected the product , they ordered it from South Carolina which took about a week. They moved furniture and removed the carpet and tested the slab for moisture. Gavin recommended an additional sealant be applied which took a day to dry. The next day they installed the new floor, moved several large pieces of furniture back for me, and cleaned up. The new floor looks wonderful!"

Together with Kent, the owner of C and H designed a plan with everything we were hoping for. His Crew worked so hard. First, they showed when they said they were going to. Then the first 2 and half days worked for hours in the pouring rain. They didn’t miss a day. It took a little longer but that was fine with me. Every crew member was friendly, polite and very detailed oriented. The last two days of the project, again worked in the pouring rain. You could tell they were proud of their work. The final project was completed today. We could not be happier. I will post photos when I get a chance to get them off of the camera. Thank you Kent for an amazing job! Thank you for the few last minute adjustments we made to make it perfect."
