The construction quality was so good on my bungalo that was built a year and a half ago, I decided to have the patio enclosed as well which was recently completed. I have braging rights in my neighborhood now. Very soon they will be replacing all th exterior of my home with "Hardywood" and painting. "If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! "It was a very large project and took 9 workdays in total to complete. Fernando Osorio (the crew foreman) was awesome as was the rest of his crew (Mark Willis, Barton Aleman, and Octavio Jacobo). They all worked very hard and most days were long hours. Fernando kept us informed about what time they’d be showing up as well as the plan for each day. Our house still isn’t completely level but it was extremely unlevel before their work and we feel like they got it as level as it could get. In the past, I have not been satisfied with most contractors who’ve done work for me but I’d definitely recommend Fernando and FSS to others."
