The workers did outstanding work, the decks they have done in my neighborhood are by far the most beautiful. First State was perfect in everything they did. * The sales process was very smooth and responsive. * They had a bit of backlog, so I had to wait a bit, but they were very communicative throughout the process and scheduling was more than satisfactory. * They were extremely flexible with dealing with my external vendor (for the vanity top installation). They were VERY accommodating and appreciated it. * They did high quality work. On all parts: tub work, tile work, plumbing work, vanity work. As well as in keeping disruption to a minimum and professionalism. * They were very communicative and responsive about when they would show up, what work would happen when, and dealing with the whole process. * They went above and beyond on several minor things that were not in the contract."
