Roger is an idea guy, and continues to think of new improvements / enhancements to your project; don't be surprised if he comes to you with something! Best advice I can give is to take him up on it if your budget allows - the adjustments were completely worth it, and priced quite fairly. The crew is in demand, so the project went on a bit longer than we'd hoped, but if you can be patient and want quality work, this is the team to work with."

"Ok looking for someone to remodel our house was hard work. Look no further. We got so lucky to find Bay easy construction the most amazing company that took good care us. We had and old kitchen and two bathrooms that needed work. In addition, all the interior of the house was painted and the old popcorn ceiling was removed. We also upgraded the electric system in the house and installed a new paneling. During the process Ofer advised to change the flooring and we went from carpet to tile and it made a dramatic difference for the best. Ofer gave us a tempting price to get it done and we are so happy we decided to do this. All the work finished for less than two months. Yay! Construction can be painful but this was a very pleasant experience. Ofer and Bay Easy Construction is a responsive, quality company that is concerned with customer satisfaction. Everyone was professional and friendly, and I felt that they really listened to what I wanted to accomplish with my dreams. "My Construction Group renovated our bathroom and kitchen. They gutted both rooms to the stud, flooring and ceiling included, helped with the new design and completed the full remodel. Abraham was very helpful with ideas and even sketching out certain features to demonstrate them. The projects were completed within the agreed upon timeline and budget and anything outside the budget was due to additional asks on our end. Abraham was very accommodating with the additional request. He coordinated the procurement of all materials outside the scope of the budget (cabinets, tiles, doors, etc) and pretty much took care of everything. He communicated often and clearly throughout both projects. Abraham and all workers were very professional and cleaned the project sites as well as other areas affected. They did an amazing job in both cases, our new bathroom and kitchen are beautiful, modern and stylish. "I've never done any remodeling to my house or had any work other than the occasional plumber or handyman. When I decided to completely makeover my bathroom, I felt a little overwhelmed. At America's Dream HomeWorks, it is a one-stop-shop. They take care of everything! You go to their incredible showroom and browse through flooring, tiles, quartz slabs, faucets, sinks, tubs, color schemes, etc. and pick out exactly what you want. (You can also go online with your consultant and shop for particular items - I found a hand-painted glass bowl sink and matching waterfall faucets.) The wonderful thing about a one-stop-shop remodel is you don't have to worry about anything. ADH ordered all the materials, brought them to my house, demolished my existing bathroom and took the rubble with them, and scheduled inspector visits. Beware of the lure of lower-priced competitors: I guarantee you their quote will not include everything ADH will do. Do you really want to demolish your own bathroom? Do you want to take the chance on ordering a bathtub that doesn't exactly fit or arrives broken? Your responsibility means it's your dime. Let your remodeler take care of it all. It's a breeze.  During the remodel, Alex and Vlad were extremely neat and tidy. They protected my narrow hallways and beige carpet - and they never complained about my very steep staircase. Imagine lugging a cast-iron tub down the stairs with just two people! Since I'd never done any remodeling before, I expected the noise to be ear-splitting, but the guys were surprisingly quiet. Sometimes I wouldn't hear any activity and, thinking they were on a lunch break, I'd trot upstairs to take a peek at the progress. There they were, hammering away! Construction from my neighbor's house was louder than my own bathroom. I have had a certain style in mind for several years, and now I have my dream bathroom!
