"As with any project this size, you want to obtain at least three (3) bids.  I chose all Angie's providers and obtained three estimates. All of the companies were reputable and well-reviewed.  However, there was something I immediately liked about Creative Basements. Not the biggest player in the business, but excellent reviews for their hands-on attention to detail.  In addition, I was not trying to create the Taj Mahal of basements, I just wanted to maximize the unfinished basement space and create a quality and modern living area.  In the end, choosing Creative Basements was the right decision. Creative Basements is a father and son operation.  Bob Richards and his son Jason participate in the process from start to finish.  Not only was their bid on my basement $20,000 - $25,000 less then the other bids I obtained, but their work ethic and attention to detail is second to none.  Not only that, but they are a heck of a lot of fun to work with; my regular interactions with both Jason and his father were both spirited and fun.  They were always available for suggestions and amendments to the job. They were able to offer excellent suggestions on creative issues where I had drawn a blank.  They drew up a first class set of blueprints for the work that were easy to read and follow.  The quality of the work and the professionals they dispatched for each part of the process was beyond reproach. I am no novice to construction work and watched with great interest as framers, plumbers, electricians and others did their work on my basement.  They were professionals with an eye to detail and perfection.  After each part of the process, Jason and his father would review the work to ensure that it met with their standards and that I was satisfied.  I was working within a budget and they were right on the mark.  In the end, they took an unfinished basement space and, with design thoughts from my wife and I, and a few suggestions of their own, created a magnificent, modern finished basement.  I could not be more satisfied and pleased with the work done by Creative Basements.  If you are thinking about finishing a basement, do yourself a favor and contact these guys.  Bob and Jason make the entire experience easy and fun with a few laughs along the way.

"My wife and I decided to remodel out master bath and do a partial remodel of our guest bath. We contacted some companies to get bids. Limitless was not the low bidder but we felt they were right for our job. First, Aimee came out and consulted with us on the scope of our job and provided guidance on what/how to do the remodel. She provided estimates on the job and also was a major help in selecting tile, flooring, lighting, etc. She also explained the Limitless process, so we knew what to expect. Jeremiah, the EVP, did a walkthrough with us to verify the plan and prices and there were zero surprises. Kiki became our project consultant for the entire process, and she was excellent, adjusting to the changes that came up, keeping us informed on material deliveries, who would be at our house and when. Schiller was our main installer and his work is absolutely outstanding. He did the plumbing, woodwork, rebuilding shower and tub areas, etc. Painting was done by Ramone and Miquel and the Glass work was done by Steven. As others have said I would give them more than 5 stars (A+), if possible. Highly recommended."

"They sent the best to do our bathroom remodel. Dave Rhodes. Turned out beautiful."

"Midtown did a fantastic job on my shower remodel, removing a combined tub/shower and creating a beautiful tiled shower in its place. Very prompt and professional!"

"Michael and his contractors were very pleasant to work with and did an outstanding job on our addition."

"Very happy with my new kitchen! The process was very easy. Finished the remodel in a little over 3 weeks! We are ready for the holidays!"

"I would have no problem recommending Pure Home Technologies to any friends or family experiencing mold issues. I purchased a new how that had a problem with mold due to a drainage issue. Daryl (Sales) was a pleasure to work with! He was polite, knowledgeable, and accommodated my budget. Additionally, when I informed him that I had some unexpected moving expenses, he even worked with me on payment terms! Something that was not expected. The service technician Shaun, was a really nice guy. He did the mold remediation and installed an air purification system. The work was well executed and professional. Overall, great experience!"

"We have had 3 projects done, shower remodel, new windows and new doors, and these guys are super professional, polite, efficient, and CLEAN. It is truly wonderful ."

"The experience was incredible. DCE is a family owned business that really does treat you like family!! CEO Rich Desantis walked Karen and I through every step of the process along with providing amazing knowledgeable support and advise as we had issue with our county building people! DCE was a Godsend in the 11th hour of signing a forced deal with an unethical well known contractor in north Georgia! This contractor had us to sign an iPad for a smaller project with no physical contract and after immediately requesting to increase the project we were told that the previous contract was canceled by calling the cancellation in but after 3 days this changed as the contract states that cancellations must be written. This locked me into not being able to negotiate a fair price for the increased size of the project But DCE came out and agreed to provide much more than we were getting from the previous contractor. Along with that DCE price came out to $20k less that the former contractor. The PC only agreed to building a gable style room that was 17x11 sqft and enclosing one side of our existing patio that was 7.5 ft with no flooring and not touch the existing patio area. For $77k DCE gave us the 17x11 room with LVT flooring, redid the existing patio with R30 insulation and flooring, 7 outlets, ceiling fan and window heating/air system for $56k! The price was so much better that we were able to upgrade to a nice Mitsubishi mini split, an upgraded additional lighting package, outdoor patio aluminum railing, with cap and under rail lighting. Final cost was $68k. So along with the $5k that we had to pay to get out of the previous contract we still came under on the PCâ s initial price with so mix more. We are so please with the family at DCE we named our sunroom the SonRoom in honor of our blessing through DCE and our other ministries such as the Gideons and womenâ s ministries through our church! Thank from infinity to beyond DCE"
