Jeff is also very good at offering alternatives when things don't go quite as planned (sourcing fixtures, working around secrets hidden in walls, etc) and suggestions when you need some guidance in making a decision. Also, he and his guys are good with communication via text/phone. No one had to be home for much of the process and I had no reservations about leaving the key for whomever was scheduled to work. The bathroom had one slight modification (wainscoting) about 20 years ago and was otherwise as it was built in 1983. Upon David's visit the next day, he brought tile samples and more for us to look at. His selections were completely in-line with what I envisioned. We selected the materials and then discussed design. He brought viable, exciting ideas to the table, and we quickly agreed to the direction we wanted to go. The results are nothing short of fabulous. I find myself going in, turning on the light (and silent fan) and just embracing the beautiful bathroom created.
