Roger is an idea guy, and continues to think of new improvements / enhancements to your project; don't be surprised if he comes to you with something! Best advice I can give is to take him up on it if your budget allows - the adjustments were completely worth it, and priced quite fairly. The crew is in demand, so the project went on a bit longer than we'd hoped, but if you can be patient and want quality work, this is the team to work with."

"Ok looking for someone to remodel our house was hard work. Look no further. We got so lucky to find Bay easy construction the most amazing company that took good care us. We had and old kitchen and two bathrooms that needed work. In addition, all the interior of the house was painted and the old popcorn ceiling was removed. We also upgraded the electric system in the house and installed a new paneling. During the process Ofer advised to change the flooring and we went from carpet to tile and it made a dramatic difference for the best. Ofer gave us a tempting price to get it done and we are so happy we decided to do this. All the work finished for less than two months. Yay! Construction can be painful but this was a very pleasant experience. Ofer and Bay Easy Construction is a responsive, quality company that is concerned with customer satisfaction. Everyone was professional and friendly, and I felt that they really listened to what I wanted to accomplish with my dreams. "My Construction Group renovated our bathroom and kitchen. They gutted both rooms to the stud, flooring and ceiling included, helped with the new design and completed the full remodel. Abraham was very helpful with ideas and even sketching out certain features to demonstrate them. The projects were completed within the agreed upon timeline and budget and anything outside the budget was due to additional asks on our end. Abraham was very accommodating with the additional request. He coordinated the procurement of all materials outside the scope of the budget (cabinets, tiles, doors, etc) and pretty much took care of everything. He communicated often and clearly throughout both projects. Abraham and all workers were very professional and cleaned the project sites as well as other areas affected. They did an amazing job in both cases, our new bathroom and kitchen are beautiful, modern and stylish. "They were on time and worked hard all day. There was one mistake made. They knew I was getting a new hood vent and the final measurements did not take into consideration that the new hood had different measurements than the old one. A new quartz backsplash had to be fabricated. They completed the project in one day. There was an issue with my flooring that I'm still waiting to be resolved. I don't know yet if I would hire them again."
