"Working with Nathan & KN Remodeling was the best decision we made when undertaking our garage conversion job. Nathan understood exactly what we wanted, knew our budget parameters and provided us with a range of options that helped us stay within what we were seeking to spend. We wanted it to be NICE, but didn't need to over-do any of the finishes and spend needlessly on areas that were going to be used in-frequently. The end result was fantastic. The workmanship was of the highest order, the job was executed efficiently and with constant communication and oversight. The whole job was stress free and delivered on time. I can't recommend KN Remodeling highly enough!"

"We've been in our Lakewood home over 27 years and finally made the decision to put our "60's kitchen out to pasture. We had three good contractors bid for this project. We were most impressed by Ben of Creative Home Remodeling Group. His enthusiasm, attention to detail and follow-thru remained constant from concept to completion. Ben overperformed and under promised. His crew of company contractor specialists have been with him for years, and their rapport and communication showed in the finished project. He was on site and/or in phone contact with them and us constantly. They finished ahead of time with Ben staying on task through each stage and to final inspection. No reflection on Ben or his company, but us being a first- time user of a contractor's services, we were a little green about the process, the quotation and what to expect. It is often said to add 20% to the bid for unexpected costs. There were two legitimate additions that couldn't be anticipated. They were fully explained and understood. It is important for anyone doing this, to make good notes and keep in mind what the bidder is contracting to provide and what your responsibilities will be. Ben made this clear from the start-nothing hidden. Many items required us to go to the vendor, choose, and to pay directly, outside the bid parameters. These items-specifically: the vinyl flooring, the quartz counter tops and backsplash, sink, faucet and disposal being the main ones. For the most part, only the highest expense (the cabinets) was factored into the quotation. My wife and I would use Ben and Creative Remodel again and recommend him and his Studio City company without reservation"

"H&A My Design remodeled my 3 bedrooms and living room and they made outstanding work. It wasn't easy and simple project but they did everything as they promised and they also kept costs within my budget. They completed the job within the specified time of completion and my rooms looks fabulous. I would highly recommend this company for any remodeling work!"

"Our kitchen remodel turned out better than we imagined. From the initial consultation to the final touches, the team was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They completed the project on time and kept us informed throughout the process. The craftsmanship is excellent, and we love our new kitchen. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality remodeling services."

"We hired IND Construction for a complete kitchen remodel in my 1940 home. This is the second time that we hired IND Construction. IND Construction completed a fabulous main floor bathroom remodel for us two years ago. We were so happy with the results of our bathroom that there was no question as to which contractor we would use for the kitchen. David and IND Construction were our guys! David is extremely knowledgeable and offered suggestions that were helpful and in tune with our taste. His workers are craftsmen who are well healed in their trades. They also were reliable, honest and trustworthy which is equally as important. Davids bid was very reasonable for our remodel especially given the quality and level of craftsmanship that he continually delivers. The project was estimated to be completed in 3 months and was actually completed a week early. We are thrilled with our new kitchen as you can see from the beautiful pictures! We have a master bathroom remodel coming up in the near future and you know who our contractor will be......David and IND Construction! Thanks again David!"

"We had Home Renew 360 do some major remodeling in our home. We had our kitchen, floors, and bathroom remodelled. The team did a great job. All of the team members were friendly, knowledgeable, and well prepared. We could not be happier with the team that worked on our home. ALL of them! They were clean and did excellent workmanship. They showed up on time and completed the work before the scheduled completion date. Farid was our project manager and he was excellent. He was prepared and provided us excellent service. He responded quickly to our questions, provided quality guidance, and was knowledgable to what was being done to our home and provided excellent creativity when asked about specifics of how our ideas would fit with our remodel. I would high recommend Home Renew 360 for any of your home improvement needs."

"I honestly don’t know where to begin. Working with Mike and HIC Builders to remodel my kitchen and bathroom was an overall amazing experience with so many positives. It was my first time remodeling my house. There were so many aspects of concern and stress. From the very first meeting with Mike, he completely put me an ease, and talked to me in detail on what they could do and the approximate price point. Throughout the initial phase, I contacted and met with over 6 different companies, and of course, the estimates that I received were all over the map. HIC Builders estimate was very manageable and, best of all, precise. There weren’t any surprises at the end of the remodeling job. What Mike said on day 1 was exactly what it turned out to be. After my meeting with all the other companies, I was debating between Mike and one other company. At this point, I also decided to downsize my remodeling to save some extra money. The other company was immediately hesitant to take on the job now that their profits had shrunk, whereas Mike was the complete opposite. He went into revision mode and was quick to come up with an alternate plan that we could do now that my budget had changed. That really impressed me. His ability to maneuver and work with different financial circumstances while maintaining a high quality of work. It also showed me that he cared about my project, even after the scope of the work had become smaller. I now know he has many projects going on at any given time, but you wouldn’t have guessed it by the attention and excellent communication he provides. I never felt like I couldn’t reach out to him for questions (and I had many) or clarifications in each phase. For me, choosing the right contractor came down to trust. I was remodeling from out of town, so I couldn’t check in on the process on a constant basis. Mike kept me informed every step of the way and eased my anxiety if anything popped up. If an issue or potential issue came about, he would bring it up to let me know this or that happened, but then he would tell me that it was no problem to deal with, and provide a solution as how he planned to work around it. The entire process was always transparent and clear. I could go on and on about what sets HIC Builders apart, but I hope this gives you a snapshot on why they are the right contractors for the job. I have zero complaints and they went beyond my expectations. Best of all, the end result looks like a million bucks."

"My husband and I just finished a remodel of our guest house in Sherwood Forest. We used a company called Universal Home Design Inc. The contractor and owner of the company Ouriel Lousky was most professional in every aspect of the job. His crews were timely and most efficient in every way. He had his subcontractors lined up so the job was never lagging behind. I would recommend him to anyone who is planning on a remodel or a renovation. Mary V."
