"My wife and I hired Lasting Strength for a gut renovation of the main bathroom in our house. Our experience was nothing short of excellent. Adam and his team are talented and respectful. They were constantly communicating with us during the entire process to discuss ideas and confirm the plan / our vision for the space. They treated our home as though it was their own, taking care not to damage other areas during the work and also cleaning up after every day was completed. We also decided to install a new slider to our deck where one didn't exist before. Adam helped in confirming the size to be ordered and they did another great job. We unexpectedly found some rot on the house during the slider project. They were able to come up with a solution to repair it that didn't inconvenience us and it prevented a huge problem developing later. "I was very satisfied with the end result, however, the process of getting the project scheduled was a nightmare.  It was almost two months from the date we went to contract, with a significant deposit, to the beginning of the actual work.   The most troublesome issue  was that I was not contacted by anyone from Digorgio to keep me informed about scheduling.  Granted, it was a rainy time and much of their work had to be postponed.  That is totally understandable and acceptable.  However, weeks went by without any attempt to inform me of the delay of this project.  To add insult and frustration to injury, I contacted them at least 3 times and was spoken to in a very rude manner or was never called back.   The roofers were professional, unlike the management, they did a very good job.   The Leaf Guard installers were a different story.  They were rushed, rude and left a mess.  DiGorgio did get them to come back and clean up.   Overall, it was a trying process and the inspector at the end of the job was apologetic and professional.   I would probably use them in the future but I would NOT accept any nonsense.  Live and learn.
