"I had them do two projects in my home. The first was the conversion of a standard alcove bathtub in to a shower enclosure, which included demolition of the tub and faux marble shower walls, replacement and relocation of the mixing valve and control, and installation of their pan, shower walls, hardware and glass doors. Excellent work. The second project was full redesign of my master bath wet area. The existing shower stall and large garden tub with jets was replaced by an 84 inch shower pan and built-in bench. The two existing water supplies were used to create a new shower and a handheld. This was a very complex job requiring pipe reroute and incorporating a large privacy window that had been above the tub. The entire team did an excellent job on both projects. Quality and professionalism were top notch. Special shout out to Elias and Xavier. This was a great experience and I am 1000% satisfied."

"My wife and I decided to remodel out master bath and do a partial remodel of our guest bath. We contacted some companies to get bids. Limitless was not the low bidder but we felt they were right for our job. First, Aimee came out and consulted with us on the scope of our job and provided guidance on what/how to do the remodel. She provided estimates on the job and also was a major help in selecting tile, flooring, lighting, etc. She also explained the Limitless process, so we knew what to expect. Jeremiah, the EVP, did a walkthrough with us to verify the plan and prices and there were zero surprises. Kiki became our project consultant for the entire process, and She was excellent, adjusting to the changes that came up, keeping us informed on material deliveries, who would be at our house and when. Schiller was our main installer and his work is absolutely outstanding. He did the plumbing, woodwork, rebuilding shower and tub areas, etc. Painting was done by Ramone and Miquel and the Glass work was done by Steven. As others have said I would give them more then 5 stars, if possible. Highly recommended."

"GREAT Experience!!! Extremely satisfied with the work provided by Julio and his team (Ricardo and Jose) at Handy Dad on a master bathroom shower upgrade. Julio was incredibly responsive throughout the entire project - doing all the things a great project manager should. Phenomenal craftsmanship, work areas cleaned daily, and great follow through on every issue lead to hugely successful results. I had never done a major renovation like this before, so I spent time researching this project to give myself basic knowledge of all the required pieces and how they work (plumbing, fixtures, tiling, etc). I think this is important to ensure the success of any project you want to take on. Julio came out to discuss my general ideas on the project and gave me a lot of confidence that this was the right team to choose for the job. I wanted to upgrade the old small dingy fiberglass builder-grade shower with a bigger custom shower with tile + new fixtures + wall niches + frameless glass door. I was able to provide my own material (tile, grout, shower fixtures + valves) and they would handle ALL the rest. The estimate came back in a few days and was more competitive than other companies I had pitched the project to. The payment schedule was agreeable and based on the positive reviews + conversations with Julio I had zero concerns with moving forward. Once I signed the contract they were able to start right away on the project without any delays. Protective covers were laid down in the house to prevent any damage to floors and carpet along the path to the bathroom, and we had a banter out front for all the demo material. The guys did a great job cleaning up space every day. At the end of each day, Julio would check in with me and address any issues and would let me know when the guys would show up the next day. Any time there was a scheduling delay, Julio was always responsive in letting me know what was going on. The end result was better than I could have imagined. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone, and they will be the first call for my next project."

"Great contractor to work with! We recently had a delivery driver drive their vehicle through our garage door causing structural damages to our home. Contacted Michael Roper for assistance and he and his guys were onsite within 24 hours to inspect the damages and develop a repair plan. We experienced difficultly with the driver's insurance and Michael was there for assistance in that department as well. Very professional group to work with and their communications are excellent. Michael was very easy to work with and flexible with our schedule. Job was quoted and time frame for repair was given. Michael and his team delivered as promised! Did not even hesitate to accept a few additional requests that were made for improvements to preexisting issues. Michael and his team performed the entire scope of work and then some meeting the repair schedule that was given and did not go a dime over the estimate quote. "We were 100% happy with Southern Magnolia Construction and they did a beautiful job on our house. They were very conscientious about every little thing, down to the last finishes. Bradley made us feel very comfortable and if there was anything we wanted to change we can go to him and he will get the job done the way we want it. We were very pleased with his work. We would highly recommend him to anyone and have already done so to several of our friends. He took down an old sunroom and built another that is larger with lots more windows with vaulted ceilings. It looks awesome. We had new kitchen island and new countertops put in. We changed where our bathroom was downstairs and moved it to different location. We took the living room and converted to bedroom. The house looks completely different, we love it. We expanded the upstairs bathroom using a closet and he vaulted the ceiling in our upstairs bedroom and gave us a huge walk in closet, which I am thrilled with. We love it."
