It was a very comprehensive job with many different components (ex: removing/replacing garage door with interior/exterior wall and windows, HVAC access, installing lighting, installing/finishing/painting drywall and ceiling, custom made shelves, trimwork, flooring, etc). He researched what permits we needed and procured them for us. Then, every single day he turned up on time and worked all day until the job was finished, which was all done in a timely manner and with as little interference to our everyday home life as possible. His courtesy, good manners, and professionalism were unparalleled, and very greatly appreciated, especially considering the environment he had to work in, as we weren't even unpacked yet, and we have five large dogs, you can imagine the chaos. He cleaned up after his work and was very careful with all our things. He very generously even tackled a few other tiny projects around the house, as well as gave us good advice about maintenance and future projects in other areas of our home. The quality of his work is masterful. Our new library is flawless and beautiful, and it is precisely what we asked him for. We can't recommend Colton Lingle highly enough. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
