In this case, I feel the need to share my positive experience with Callaway Corporation since this is uncommon in my area, especially with contractors. I cannot say enough great things about Callaway Corporations, to include Keith, Katharine, and all of the hard workers that actually installed my new roof. Keith is amazing, going above and beyond to assist with providing insurance information. Keith made many extra trips to my house to meet with Insurance Adjusters before I even agreed to hire him. Katherine worked relentlessly to coordinate everything, including the removal of my solar with the solar company. The guys who installed the rood worked from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with maybe a 30-minute lunch break, to ensure the work was completed in a timely manner. Callaway definitely exceeded my expectations with customer service, workmanship, and level of professionalism. I would not hesitate to call on Callaway Corporation for any future needs."

"Joey Garvin did a project in another townhouse in our small development, just as we were purchasing our rental unit and wanted to do some renovations. His ratings were so high that I asked him to come over and talk about what we wanted to do. He took my vague ideas and came up with a plan that was what we wanted and reasonable. Shortly after we closed, he began working, and within three weeks, had gutted and completed a beautiful, larger master bath; put additional lighting in the living room ceiling, along with two floor outlets; and built a new large pull-out storage drawer. He researched all of the paints and the flooring, and the result was seamless with the original rooms. Joey cleaned up meticulously every day and used tools that minimized dust and debris. He also took care of a few little things for me with no mention of additional payment. My husband and I have been doing renovations, both ourselves (smaller projects) and through a series of contractors (larger additions, bathrooms, basements, and decks) and have never had a bad experience. However, there is no question that Joey Garvin is the best we have ever worked with. I am happy to recommend him, and anyone who would like to see his work first hand can message me!"

"Dustin, Josh and his crew did an excellent job on both of our bathroom remodels. We had an old wooden skylight that Josh did an outstanding job on lining with acrylic, which looks really nice! The job was completed in between Thanksgiving and Christmas because the crew showed up on time every day, staying late when they needed to complete projects for the day. Each day, they cleaned up before they left. There was a minor issue with one of the toilets a couple weeks after the project was completed and they came right out and fixed it as soon as we called. Overall, great customer service and workmanship!"

John explained the cautions about the new rubber turning wheel and rust proof devices, to include winter draining procedures. The price to do the work was fair. I am pleased."

Once we decided to have Coastal Bath do our shower remodel, we were happy with the professionalism of everyone involved. We were kept appraised of the progress of our project and the arrival of our products. An install date was arranged. On the install date, the crew arrived right on time. Our installation was a 2 day event, which we were made aware of from the beginning. The team who did our shower, Josh, Robert and JK were incredible. They were efficient, friendly, and clean. They respected our home and our time. When they finished each day, they cleaned up after themselves and replace any furniture that was moved. When the project was completed, we were showed ow to use the shower, and when it would be safe to use the shower and the proper materials to use for cleaning the shower.
