I recently purchased a two bedroom home in Mill Valley and after moving in quickly realized that there were a littany of projects that needed to be completed in order to make my new home more comfortable and presentable. I received 3 referrals for different general contractors from friends/family and went on the meet and receive estimates from them. I decided to go with Fred and FSP general contractors for my initial set of priority projects based on my favorable impression of Fred, his fair and straightforward estimates, and clear communication of timelines to both start and complete the initial projects. Remodling of bathroom including istallation of new fixtures and replacement of original tile. 2. A tricky and unusual rebuild of a fireplace and mantle. 3. A custom designed/made concealed wiring scheme for tv mounted over the new fireplace mantle. 4. Replacemant and installation of lighting throughout house. 5. A full review, recomendation (s), and upgrades for electrical integrity of the entrie house. 6. A long list of random tings I thought of along the way! I feel fortunate to have crossed paths with Fred/FSP and will continue to work with them for all home improvement projects moving forward.
