"We purchased a home in March that we knew needed a new roof soon. The insurance company threatened cancellation even though we had the job scheduled already for August. We needed someone quick. Minutes after entering search Milo called. He was able to fit us in within a couple weeks. His crew that came out to do the job were top notch. They made sure that we were happy with everything along the way. Every time I had a question and called Milo he responded quickly. He really got us out of a pinch and the work was quality. "The work did by Vista Home Improvements turned my 30+-year-old house back into a home I looked forward to showing others. The planning stage was painless and professional. Brian was incredible to work with and had a great deal of knowledge on choosing the right materials and colors that were perfect for my house. The work started soon after meeting with Brian. The work was done in a timely manner and the workers were efficient and took care of my yard. I love how my house looks now!"

"In summary I have to say Richard was  excellent!  He came when he said he would and finished the work when he said it would be finished.  As I solicited multiple bids for the work NE Renovations was among the most competitive.  As the work was completed I was so pleased I ended requesting he come back to do additional jobs.  He was very accomadating and even explained various options on how best to accomplish the additional work.
