"Another remodel, another job well done by Mt. Tam! This one was certainly not easy, and required all kinds of extra work due to our own style preferences, and the existing framework. Roberto, Isa & co. are true masters of their trade, and it REALLY helps that they can handle everything themselves instead of hiring out specialists which takes more time & money. Roger is an idea guy, and continues to think of new improvements / enhancements to your project; don't be surprised if he comes to you with something! Best advice I can give is to take him up on it if your budget allows - the adjustments were completely worth it, and priced quite fairly. The crew is in demand, so the project went on a bit longer than we'd hoped, but if you can be patient and want quality work, this is the team to work with."

"My Construction Group renovated our bathroom and kitchen. They gutted both rooms to the stud, flooring and ceiling included, helped with the new design and completed the full remodel. Abraham was very helpful with ideas and even sketching out certain features to demonstrate them. The projects were completed within the agreed upon timeline and budget and anything outside the budget was due to additional asks on our end. Abraham was very accommodating with the additional request. He coordinated the procurement of all materials outside the scope of the budget (cabinets, tiles, doors, etc) and pretty much took care of everything. He communicated often and clearly throughout both projects. Abraham and all workers were very professional and cleaned the project sites as well as other areas affected. They did an amazing job in both cases, our new bathroom and kitchen are beautiful, modern and stylish. I really cannot recommend them more strongly for any remodeling needs and I will be reaching out to them in the future for anything else we need in that area."

"They were on time and worked hard all day. There was one mistake made. They knew I was getting a new hood vent and the final measurements did not take into consideration that the new hood had different measurements than the old one. A new quartz backsplash had to be fabricated. They completed the project in one day. There was an issue with my flooring that I'm still waiting to be resolved. I don't know yet if I would hire them again."

"Prosper and the team at Prosper Construction just completed a beautiful renovation of my home. I badly needed new flooring and decided to add other updates as well. So we embarked on the journey to design an addition to our home and redesign the entire front of the house, which included a kitchen remodel as well. I knew that I wanted to replace my carpet with porcelain tile, but I thought that I would leave my existing kitchen tile in place, to save a little money. Prosper convinced me to eliminate all transitions in the flooring and replace the entire house with the new tile, and I am really glad that he did! The house now has a smooth flow and an expansive look that is just gorgeous. The entire experience was beyond worth the investment.
