Roberto, Isa & co. are true masters of their trade, and it REALLY helps that they can handle everything themselves instead of hiring out specialists which takes more time & money. Roger is an idea guy, and continues to think of new improvements / enhancements to your project; don't be surprised if he comes to you with something! Best advice I can give is to take him up on it if your budget allows - the adjustments were completely worth it, and priced quite fairly. The crew is in demand, so the project went on a bit longer than we'd hoped, but if you can be patient and want quality work, this is the team to work with."

The process started with Larry coming out to provide a quote. I had nine, yes NINE, different companies come out to quote the project. He didn't promise to do things that weren't possible, he provided ideas on how to keep costs affordable. He spent something like two hours drafting a vision for the bathroom and then providing a detailed quote - something no other company did. Larry's passion about his company is obvious and admirable. "Eric and his EA Homebuilders team remodeled our primary bathroom, which involved moving walls, framing, plumbing, electrical, installing a tile shower, and finishes. I had never worked with them before. Their quote was competitive, their work progressed at a rapid pace, and they finished the project in the timeframe promised. There were 2 occasions where changes needed to be made and they were reasonably accommodated without any nickel-and-diming. Eric is a great communicator and is always asking the customer if they need anything. Working with a contractor for the first time is always a nervous experience, but EA Homebuilders delivered on everything, and they will be invited to bid on all of my future projects."

So we embarked on the journey to design an addition to our home and redesign the entire front of the house, which included a kitchen remodel as well. I knew that I wanted to replace my carpet with porcelain tile, but I thought that I would leave my existing kitchen tile in place, to save a little money.
