"Lux Renovations did an excellent job in remodeling my basement. David Guimares, together with Louis Villegas, did a very timely and professional job with installing an Owens Corning basement. They were very easy and courteous to work with and provided key input when needed for HVAC considerations. They worked well with coordinating electrical work and getting required town inspections done in a timely manner. In addition, David provided good suggestions to enhance our finished basement plans prior to starting the work, including how we may be able to reroute some plumbing to enhance our celling height. My wife and I (and are neighbors) are very pleased with the outcome of our finished basement and recommend Lux for remodeling a basement."

"I had a tree fall on my house back in June 2020 which caused major damage to the back of my home. I called several contractor's but I wasn't pleased with their assessment. I then came across Legacy Construction and they were great from the start. I spoke to Mrs. Diane on the phone and she was great, she gathered a lot of information from me and told me that I was in good hands and informed me that Gary the project manager will be contacting me shortly. After speaking to Gary he explained to me the first thing that needed to be done is the property needed to be tarped asap because the home is being exposed to water which is causing further damage and causing mold to building up because water has been coming into the property for almost two months. Gary informed me step by step room by room what damages the tree caused and how he was going to fix the water damages and the damages done to the frame of the home. After speaking to Gary I was sold and stopped looking for a contractor to fix my house. I would definitely recommend Legacy Construction to anybody that needs work done to their home. "Anthony and his team at Precision Remodeling and Home Builders are top notch! We contacted and met with several contractors and Anthony stood out from the very beginning with his outstanding responsiveness and professionalism. He was flexible, fair and payed attention to detail throughout the entire process. His foreman, Mike, was also extremely professional and his craftsmanship is excellent. They finished our basement, which started out with concrete floors and exposed cinderblock. The finished product which included drywall/sheetrock, leveling, flooring, powder room, baseboards, trim, and custom shelving as well as a built in beverage space, totally exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely use Precision again in the near future for our other remodeling projects!"
