While we interviewed a number of contractors, AESs professionalism, experience and approach really came through. Our sales representative, David Hill, was terrific and walked us through the entire process and gave us recommendations and even went shopping with us giving us his thoughts and ideas. Our contractors, Brian and Scott were beyond amazing. The transformation our our bathroom is truly beyond what we could have expected and they were great in providing updates and giving us recommendations on what they thought would look best. They also treated our house with the utmost of respect and cleaned up very well at the end of each work day. One hiccup towards the end of the project was our vanity top was made the incorrect size, and since we had already been without a bathroom for 4+ weeks we were definitely disappointed and frustrated. Tim Munson, AESs President, worked with us to get the problem resolved and a new vanity made and installed within three days, which we really appreciated. In todays day or big box stores and companies, AES really sets themselves apart with their approach to customer service, craftsmanship and getting the job done correctly. "Everything from the bidding process, through completion, was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Dimitri and every person who he brought into our home treated it as anyone would want their own to be treated. This was not a small project. They vaulted the ceiling in the living area, completely removing the roof on half the house, and did a full new roof. Matched the existing red oak hardwood flooring, and sanded/re-stained the entire upstairs. All the plumbing and electrical in the entire house was replace. New kitchen, 3.5 new bathrooms, finished basement, combined two bedrooms to make a master suite. New HVAC. New generator…. You name it, and it was done. When all was said and done, I think our two hall bedrooms were the one walls that weren’t torn down. We could not possibly recommend Dimitri and his company (his two sons work with him as well) any higher. They are honest, and hard working. Old school in all the best ways."
