"After several long years of designing and permitting our home remodel during the pandemic, we were searching for a good contractor to build out our remodel and second story addition. Avi and David were wonderful; very thorough in explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and settling on a price that was reasonable and within our budget. During the building process, David was very responsive, available, and receptive to changes and last minute decisions made along the way. The project took longer than anticipated and there were some unexpected setbacks, but David and Avi worked quickly to fix issues and keep the project moving forward. "Nathan Kanyas, owner of KN Remodeling and Supplies, was the third of five contractors who bid on our home remodel and we awarded him the job. It included a re-pipe of our entire 2600 sq. ft., 80 year old English Tudor, and a remodeling of the master bedroom suite, dressing room, and master bath. We selected him because he took time to explain in detail how his crew would do the six week jobâ ¦ what could and could not be done to our 80 year home.
