"Even though we did not move forward with the project. Our salesman, Richard from Champaign, IL, was awesome...beyond awesome! He was calm and patient the whole time. He just objectively showed us the pictures of the sunroom on our house (which was cool). I hated to let him know we couldn't do it right now. I think the reason people dread this part is because many salesmen almost lose their minds in order to try to pressure people. When a salesman like Richard is kind and humanistic, it portrays that they really care about their customers. It makes me want to work with them, no doubt. Once we do our bathroom, we will get the sunroom."
