"I will start by noting that do to time constraints, we were not able to proceed with Swartz. However, I still feel compelled to provide a review given Aaron's responsiveness, knowledge, and overall professionalism (even after I told him we were going with a different contractor due to the timing needs / issues). In summary, we are purchasing a new home and wanted to have the addition work included in our mortgage. This process required plans and bid work to be completed on a very accelerated time line to meet a short closing timeline. We had not engaged an architect and given this timeline, we ultimately chose a design / build contractor that completed their own drawings. If we had drawings already, Swartz would have been at the top of our list. I wanted to write this review for Swartz to let others know that, similar to other posts you will see on Angie's List, our experience through the initial project review and contractor interview phase gave us tremendous confidence that Swartz Builders would provide quality work. Aaron is clearly knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. We would strongly encourage anyone planning a remodeling or addition project to make sure you consider Swartz and Aaron."

"We selected this company to finish our basement because the quote was way lower than the other big companies and talking with Xhulio about the project, it just felt like a good fit. And it was! He was very kind, patient, and accomidating to any and all ideas and concerns. The process was smooth, they catered to all our needs and the results are amazing!! We had our own design plan and he and his dad, Jimmy followed them to a "T". They produce quality work, but very quickly. Very detailed and clean up after themselves each day. They let us paint our own cabinets for a full kitchen and seperate bar, and they installed them for us. They felt like family to us. My husband and I definitely recommend them and have referred them to others already! Great value!!"

"Kurt and his team did an incredible job on my outdoor patio! Kurt did a custom design for us and Iâ ve never seen anything like it! I highly recommend working with Kurt and his team for your project needs"

"Best in class quality and premium service on full basement remodeling at an affordable price!! If you are looking for a contractor who is trustworthy and gets basement remodeled as per requirements within budget price then without any second thought it’s Brent Pierce and his expert team from High Road Construction LLC. I’m adding below pictures of my finished basement because these speak better than words. I did enquire 30+ companies before I started my basement remodeling and I’m glad I found a true Gem 💎 Thanks again for all the beautiful work and I’m sure High Road Construction will be one among shining stars in Michigan in near future. Kudos and all the best!!"

"Best decision I have EVER made hands down was choosing SHB. I called multiple companies prior and never felt confident in going through with my remodel until I met Jerrod. He was honest, professional, friendly and consistent, along with his whole team. I know if I need anything done in the future I will call him first without hesitation."

"Andy was great to work with. He was very accommodating when we added additional work onto our project. He was very responsive."

"They did a really good job and they stand behind their work. The prices are competitive and they take pride in their work. I had a really old front door that was not insulated and they put in a new one with plenty of insulation. They also put in a new storm door and a garage side door that meant making a new doorway that's sealed properly. They answered all my questions and were respectful of the property"

"I contacted Renaissance Restorations for an addition. Jamie called immediately. The planning, blueprints, city permits went in high gear - then covid hit! When these unexpected things come up patients is and was needed. Finally, as things opened up the construction was in high gear again. More delays stalled things again, However everything is now completed, I am SO PLEASED! Jamie's finishers are top notch! The tilers were "masters of their craft" and the other finishers were precise as can be. The place looks beautiful!"

"Amazing work. From start to finish everything was above and beyond. We loved the first patio job so much we had them back to install a second patio walkway."

"We had our ugly bathroom remodeled in our newly purchased home with Atlas Home Improvement and we are so happy we did! We can't say enough positive things on this company. The two installers were the most wonderful guys and did an amazing job from installation to cleanup everything was done right. They both were helpful, efficient and friendly. Everything, and everyone with Atlas was the best. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again. Happy customers, Beautiful job!"
