"I will start by noting that do to time constraints, we were not able to proceed with Swartz. However, I still feel compelled to provide a review given Aaron's responsiveness, knowledge, and overall professionalism (even after I told him we were going with a different contractor due to the timing needs / issues). In summary, we are purchasing a new home and wanted to have the addition work included in our mortgage. This process required plans and bid work to be completed on a very accelerated time line to meet a short closing timeline. We had not engaged an architect and given this timeline, we ultimately chose a design / build contractor that completed their own drawings. If we had drawings already, Swartz would have been at the top of our list. I wanted to write this review for Swartz to let others know that, similar to other posts you will see on Angie's List, our experience through the initial project review and contractor interview phase gave us tremendous confidence that Swartz Builders would provide quality work.
