"Avi and his team at Finesse completed 3 distinct projects over this summer. It all started with a serious plumbing leak in a bathroom necessitating a partial remodel of that bathroom and the adjoining bedroom. Work was completed timely and in a very Workman like manner. We went to Avi since he had previously remodeled two other bathrooms for us. We then moved on to a full garage remodel which came out beautifully. Finally we did a partial remodel of our kitchen, replacing tile countertops, appliances s and a good cover. Avi made some wonderful suggestions that we' be really appreciated. He suggested a Bristol new sink which we love and did a great job to retrofit new appliances into our existing custom cabinetry. I couldn't have asked for a better result. Everything was completed timely and we couldn't be more pleased."

"We hired IND Construction for a complete kitchen remodel in my 1940 home. This is the second time that we hired IND Construction. IND Construction completed a fabulous main floor bathroom remodel for us two years ago. We were so happy with the results of our bathroom that there was no question as to which contractor we would use for the kitchen. David and IND Construction were our guys! David is extremely knowledgeable and offered suggestions that were helpful and in tune with our taste. His workers are craftsmen who are well healed in their trades. They also were reliable, honest and trustworthy which is equally as important. "After receiving several quotes for our bathroom renovations project my husband and I decided to go with Creative Home Remodeling. Their quote was competitive and the project manager Ben Sviri made us feel comfortable that he really understood our vision and was capable of executing it for us. Upon starting with demolition all the way through the finished project it was smooth and done in a timely manner. There was some additional water damage that was found after demo which included extra work which was understandable. Ben worked with us on price and we were grateful that the work was being done correctly and professionally. Unfortunately our home was renovated by the previous owner and not done to standard or code. But we feel at ease now knowing the work done by Creative Home Remodeling was done efficiently. Each step of our reno was inspected and passed by the city. Every question or concern we had was answered quickly by Ben and I felt satisfied that he took great care to handle them. Overall the project took about 6 weeks even with the extra work that was needed. Each contractor that worked on each step of the reno was respectful of our home and efficient with their work.
