"Emrah and his team were very involved in making sure my bathroom tile project had the best possible outcome. He suggested the best type/size of tile, grout color, edging etc. that would create the best look. He took his time and was very detail oriented. He did not take shortcuts or worry about the amount of time he had to spend on the project to make sure it was right. He was willing to negotiate his labor cost upfront and never tried to add additional labor cost even thought the project took a little longer than expected due circumstances beyond his control. He asked for half of the cost upfront and the other half only after the project was completed, inspected by me, and any issues resolved. I have other projects at the house in mind and plan to hire Emrah in the near future."

"Master bath remodel turned out well! Jeff and his guys are easy to work with and very responsive. Jeff is also very good at offering alternatives when things don't go quite as planned (sourcing fixtures, working around secrets hidden in walls, etc) and suggestions when you need some guidance in making a decision. Also, he and his guys are good with communication via text/phone. No one had to be home for much of the process and I had no reservations about leaving the key for whomever was scheduled to work. The work space was tidied up at the end of every day so I didn't have step over 'construction mess' everywhere. I plan to use them again for the kitchen remodel."

"I would like to share a very positive experience with my hall bathroom remodel. As a repeat customer of D. Michael Designs, I knew he did excellent work. The bathroom had one slight modification (wainscoting) about 20 years ago and was otherwise as it was built in 1983. I had an idea of what I wanted but knew I would need to rely on David's designer input. We knew the foundation of color-scheme desired and proceeded from there. Upon David's visit the next day, he brought tile samples and more for us to look at. His selections were completely in-line with what I envisioned. We selected the materials and then discussed design. He brought viable, exciting ideas to the table, and we quickly agreed to the direction we wanted to go. The results are nothing short of fabulous. I find myself going in, turning on the light (and silent fan) and just embracing the beautiful bathroom created.
