The build budget was 2 + million. This was a complete design build project. Jeff is knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Due to the details and quality of the design work, the construction phase went flawlessly. This save time and money throughout the project. Allowing us to complete it on time! This was our first time working with J.W. Adragna. I would highly recommend him."

She explained the process to me and how many workers there would be that day and the length of time. Travis was the lead and he was great. "I felt pressured/rushed into signing a contract. I had asked for an estimate, and when the gentleman showed up, he wrote out a contract instead of an estimate. The pricing for the removal of 3 concrete and rock steps, installation of 5 brick steps and 2 handrails was ridiculously high but I wasnâ t given a chance to shop around. The contract didnâ t break down material costs, labor costs or taxes. It was a quick installation of the steps but shoddy work. The bottom step fell apart within the 1st week, causing my 83 yr old stepdad to fall. This company subcontracted for my handrails. There was a complete lack of communication between this company and the rail company. It took over 6 weeks to complete this simple job. . The railings were installed after 4 weeks. While it literally took all day to install the rails, they did turn out quite nice. Also, I was promised replacement bricks in case of chips or breaks in the future and still havenâ t received those. All things considered, I donâ t think I would recommend this company."

"If you are looking for quality work, you need contact TUBAC BUILDERS. Luis and Jesus were very knowledgeable and did a very good job for me. My biggest thing was I needed a lot of stucco repair in my house, it looks so good I can’t tell where it was fixed. They figured out a way to fix a gate that had not worked since I’ve lived here. I mostly needed maintenance work done but I’m positive they would do good work on whatever the project you had. They were kind, courteous and always on time.
