They drew the plans and worked with the city to obtain our permits. We had an itemized budget that they did not stray from. We knew exactly what we were going to pay through each phase of the project. The pace of the job was amazing, there was work happening at our house almost every week day, no wondering when they were coming. Our project was finished in about 8 weeks!
