"We recently completed a bathroom remodel with Elevate Builders and Yani, and the results are absolutely beautiful. The transformation from a basic, unfinished shower space into a modern, spa-like bathroom exceeded our expectations. Yani and his team paid close attention to every detail.. from the clean tile installation and perfectly aligned large-format slabs to the elegant recessed niche with integrated lighting. The craftsmanship and finish work are top-notch, and the whole space now feels luxurious and thoughtfully designed. Communication throughout the project was clear and professional, and the team kept the job site organized and moving efficiently. It’s obvious they take pride in their work and care about delivering a high quality result. We’re extremely happy with the final outcome and would definitely recommend Elevate Builders and Yani to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable contractor for any remodel."

"Our home, which was built in the early '70's, needed repairs and a remodel. We reached out to several contractors to obtain bids. Leon of YM Construction gave us a reasonable bid and timeline based on our plans. He gave us a detailed estimate for the list of work we wanted done in the house, answered all our questions in a way we understood and provided available options. Bids from other companies were much higher and some tried to get us to hire them quickly while asking for half of the money upfront. Leon was patient, absolutely no pressure and gave great guidance. We felt very comfortable that he was the right choice for us. Our home remodel went fairly smoothly, was completed on time and relatively on budget. We trusted Leon and his crew throughout the construction process and we are so very happy with the result. He communicated constantly with status updates and if there were any issues. We are now enjoying a beautiful and safer home. We highly recommend YM Construction!"

"Mark and his crew were AMAZ ING. I had a hard deadline to get my kitchen remodeled and the met it. Their work is spot on. Him and his team were really nice and helpful. Everything just worked out great. I will be choosing them again to do my bathroom remodel. MAHALO"

"I highly recommend Mr. Sii Mafi and MB Construction. He is eager to help, he was quick to respond and his estimate for my short wall (and later an additional concrete pad as an additional project) was very reasonable. Just a day after submitting my project to home advisor, he contacted me and came out to review my project and give me an estimate. 2 days later he found an opening in his schedule and then completed my wall in two days. Wow! The wall was very clean, straight, and matched the wall it abutted to. I was so impressed with their work that when they suggested adding a concrete pad next to the wall to complete the area I easily agreed. This additional project was also quickly done, professionally made, and reasonable in price. They cleaned up all the construction materials and surrounding areas. Sii and his crew were very easy to talk with to get my project done. I highly recommend him and will keep his number in my call list should any of my friends need their services."

"Perfect. Exactly what I needed. Friendly and efficient"

"Excellent services at a reasonable price. worked directly with Tenants"

"Ryan was great, his team makes you feel like family. From the moment they start till the end of day, they give you full heart. I will definitely refer my family and friends to him."

"The quality of the work itself was outstanding. The workers were very conscientious and took care of the rest of our home very well. The only disappointment was the specific shower material/colors and cabinets we chose 6 months before the project started were never ordered and we had to order replacement, different materials because what we wanted was going to take longer to arrive. Had the materials been ordered when we first selected them we would have been able to get exactly what we had wanted and not had to substitute."

"They did an excellent job! The crew completed my project better than I expected and finished the job 1 week early. During consultation, I already knew they were professionals by how knowledgeable they were by answering every question I had with no hesitation, also their planning that they revealed to me was on point and very well explained . I highly recommend this company not only cause the work hard but they are trustworthy and it’s hard to find good people like these guys."
