I just wish there was an even more powerful way to describe the outstanding, professional service and workmanship we received from Ted at First Class Tile. From the very first call through the day of completion was a first class experience, and we could not be happier with the entire process. The day I called Ted for an estimate, he was able to come and provide detailed recommendations and pricing. His formal written estimate was exactly what he described in person earlier that day. He got us scheduled quickly, and worked with us on questions and design elements in the days leading up to the job. AND guess what ! He showed up on time or even a few minutes early each day to begin work. And WORK HE DID ! He quickly set up and protected our floors all the way to outside the house. He worked Clean, fast, and efficiently. Each day he explained what would be completed that day, and he always accomplished what he said he would. He cleaned up the work area spotless after himself every day. He gave great instructions on preparing and maintaining our new shower. And the bill was exactly what was estimated, no surprises ! He was so friendly and agreeable. I have spent my entire life in the service industry and Ted’s customer service is truly a refreshing thing! Trust him with any job he promises to deliver on, you will be so glad you did."

"From the very first appointment, my wife and I made, we were greatly impressed by the honesty of Mark Macleay and his team. We were doing an entire bathroom remodel which entailed a demo day down to studs and removing the tile floor, an old shower and making it into a closet; removing a Jacuzzi tub and replacing it with a tiled walk-in shower; removing a large vanity and replacing it with a new one with quartz countertop; and replacing the floor with LVT tiles. It was extensive. I have to say, from day one of the remodel to the last day, Mark and his team went above and beyond our expectations! The only "hiccup" was a delay from an outside manufacturer on the glass wall for the shower. Besides that, it was a smooth process that went off without a hitch. I highly recommend Mark and his company for ANY remodel job you may have. As he told us at the first appointment "I may not be the lowest cost, and I won't be the highest, but I will be fair and everything will be done according to your wishes." He was so right! This will be the only company in the area that I will call if I need anything else done with our home."

"I contracted Sawyers to extend my back patio slab and add a patio cover with shingles to match the roof of my house. The teams that came in were all hardworking and efficient. I put work quality down to only 4 stars because the crew doing the concrete left a lot of dirt/mud spots in yard as they chose to make dirt pile when digging out area for concrete slab where the probably should have just removed the excess dirt as the went. Also one on the slabs sections that was poured was slightly unleveled. it was good to see that the owner himself came out to discuss the whole project and provide the quote. The roofers were very nice and was able to provide me a last minute quote for some extra work I was wanting done and completed that work on the same day along with the main patio cover project."
