They did not only a great job with the restoration repairs but the paint looks terrific as well. To start Edwin gives a fully detailed estimate listing all the work being performed. You know exactly what you are paying for. When prepping the house they powerwash the house to achieve a clean surface for the Dunn Edwards paint to adhere to. From there they meticulously scraped and restored all the wood trim plus repaired the stucco. The painting phase went perfectly. They covered all the windows, doorknobs, etc. Anything else they moved out of the way and put back when finished. When it comes to messy painters Edwin and his crew are the exact opposite...extremely organized and careful not to spill a drop of paint. I couldn't find any spilled paint anywhere after they were completed. In addition, He and his guys were always very punctual, polite, responsive and understanding of my needs and wants. "I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."
