"My experience with American home Improvement (crew and supervisor) was excellent. I purchased my home not a long time ago and I wanted to update some parts of it and to make it more functional and useful. "Built Corp Group did a few remodeling jobs that were combines into 1 large remodeling project for us and we are very proud with the work they did. The remodeling project ended up with a complete remodeling of the main first floor of our house (kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, bedroom, entry, living room etc.). The project required a lot of attention to all the details because it contained also the removal of a wall in the kitchen that gave us an open space and at the same time enlarged the overall space of the kitchen. The kitchen cabinets were all custom made and with all the new appliances... The new kitchen is no less than a gorgeous one! We had family coming in and it was important for us to finish adding a full bath (including repiping to meet city codes) before they arrived. "Avi and his team were fabulous. At the beginning of the process, he was the only contractor that we had spoken to that even mentioned the abatement process and how it might affect us. He was personable and friendly and made sure our need to live in the house during renovation was addressed. He stopped by regularly and had chats with us making sure we were happy with the process. Avi made sure that we knew that something might not be the best idea but if we truly wanted it he would do it. We did the kitchen, the master bedroom, master bathroom, guest bathroom, all windows, all doors including the front and garage doors. It was a huge undertaking but what a transformation. We were first time home remodelers and they walked us through every aspect of the process. When the unexpected happened, they were up front and let us know. The construction team under Luis were fabulous. We would swear Luis was a magician, the kinds of things he could get done on the spot were amazing. Definitely a man of many skills. The crew were respectful and friendly. They made sure everything was clean and livable at the end of each day. Also Joyce, the office coordinator, was awesome and we had a text thread going with her and Avi the whole time. All the permits were obtained in the proper manner and everything was done according to safety regulations. "Home Pros Builders, Inc were fantastic. They remodeled one of our kitchen, living room, laundry room formal dinning room, installation of new kitchen cabinets and master bedroom. Simon was extremely helpful throughout the process. They were clear in communicating the whole process and all the pieces necessary. They taped off and protected the whole path leading to all rooms and made sure nothing in the house was damaged. They went above and beyond to complete work that was beyond the scope of the original project and made sure the place looked immaculate after it was finished. The contractor was there on schedule every day and I saw consistent progress throughout. I would use them again in a heartbeat!"
