Though when I meet with Jason Richards, he asked what I and my wife both wanted. Jason listens and within a week he provided me with the estimate. The estimate was fair, and I felt that he would deliver he was honest and truthful that's something that you don't always get. There are contractors that will tell you anything to get the job and then can't deliver. Jason provided me with a time along with time and week each portion would be completed with the total dollar amount due. Two and half months and the project is finished with no hidden charges everything as we agreed. I love everything about the process.
