"Rebuildit just finished quite an extensive remodel of my house. I threw a lot at them, and I mean alot! Complete remodel of the kitchen and master bathroom as well as new paint and flooring throughout. We didn't make it easy on them either. Water damage, asbestos removal, removal of a load bearing wall, you name it, they did it and all with a smile on their face! Everyone was a pleasure to work with from the estimators, to the designer, and even the owner himself. They all greeted us with huge smiles and made us feel like we were in good hands. I have to give a special shout out to our Project Manager, Raymond. He stayed on top of everything! "16 years ago Petkus Brothers put a beautiful sunroom addition on our house and a cover over our patio in Roseville. The craftsmanship of the sunroom and the installation have stood the test of time. We've had no problems with it and it looks just as good today as it did the day they installed it. The installers were professional, explained each step over the days it took to erect it and cleaned up everyday - no loose screws or scrap metal laying around. Recently we had them put a cover over our driveway to protect our vehicles. Again, installers were focused, explained the process and cleaned up all the mess the three days it took to install it. I could not be happier with the work 16 years ago and work done 3 weeks ago. Thank you - Kevin, your craftsmanship and installers are exceptional!"

"The team I worked with at BAU was great. I hired them to repair some minor vertical and horizontal foundation cracks that were found in a recent general home inspection. Everyone who came out was upbeat, professional, punctual, thorough, and highly detailed. Hunter came out first to check the entire foundation and give a free estimate. They then split the work up into two dates, and each crew was great. Michael and James came out first for the initial round, and then Alexander and Gabe came out to wrap up the last few areas. The guys were always on time, which is greatly appreciated. Both repair teams also did their own additional checks of the surrounding areas, also greatly appreciated. They were also able to provide before and after pictures, and were respectful of the property."
