"Dave/Diamondwood took over a major remodel project (essentially a new home) from another contractor. We are in our house today thanks to Dave and his team. Dave was very communicative along the way and we worked together well on the scheduling of each phase along with what owner supplied items were needed for the next step. Dave takes a lot of pride in his work and we are grateful for the effort he showed us in building our home. We would work with him again."

"We had NorthCreek Construction out for a basement remodel and we're very please. Kirk, the owner was an overall good dude and made sure his crew was punctual and tidy. The basement turned out beautiful!"

"Rick Sievers, General Contractor and Owner of Bay Ridge Development Inc., provided everything he promised in his bid with skill, flexibility, organization and constant communication. As is probably true with any remodel, we requested changes at various intervals throughout and Rick handled those requests with grace and showed his ability to be flexible. He is extremely skilled and always strove for perfection in his own performance as well as the performance of the specialty services he hired. Rick performed most of the work himself, so he was onsite the majority of the time, and when a specialty service was required, he hired people who worked to his high standards. Rick's organization and communication skills are wonderful and were very much appreciated from day one. There were absolutely no surprises due to Rick's ability to communicate throughout our remodel. Rick was a pleasure to interact with, from beginning to end, and we won't hesitate to request his services in the future. We absolutely love the end result! "We contacted Evan and Mike from Bayside Home Services to remodel our bathroom. Mike came out and gave us a very reasonable quote that included gutting the entire bathroom and replacing the tub with a shower unit, replace the toilet and vanity. They also reworked the plumbing and the sewer lines. We were very impressed at the quality of work they performed. They completed the project in a timely manner, cleaned up afterwork and were professional in every respect. Mike is excellent with communication. We were informed almost every day on the progress of our project. We will be using Bayside Home Services in the future and would highly recommend them for your home improvement project."

"We have been using Beman Builders and Joe Beman for a number of years now and a number of projects from a remodel of a Victorian home with 4 bathrooms and a monster kitchen. Recently, Joe built an Art Studio for my wife. Joe is the best builder in this area because he pays attention to detail. He will submit and bid and stick to it rather than nickel and dime you like a lot of contractors in this area. He is courteous and a nice guy. He works quickly and the job site is ALWAYS cleaned up every evening before Joe leaves. Any attempt to hire another contractor other than Joe would just be a waste of money and time."

"Complete Remodel of the house. Absolutely did a great job on everything"
