Doug listened carefully to what I wanted and asked many questions to ensure he understood how I was envisioning the final product. He thinks through and talks through the project in its entirety before starting. He is METICULOUS in his work. When I decided at the last minute to use a closet organizer unit in the closet, Doug took the addition in stride. Our closet is beautiful and we love it. It looks like it has always been there. I really can't say enough good things about Doug. I definitely plan to ask him ot work on other projects in our home."
