"The installation team showed up on time and were ready to work.
They did a great job with installation and cleanup.
However, the estimator was wrong on his estimate.
There were 2 layers on the old roof that had to be removed, additional charge an extra $2000 to remove it.
I contacted the company owner, after I received the bill, he told me he would investigate. He got back to me 2 weeks later with a boiler plate response, not what I was hoping for as a resolution to the $2000 up-charge.
I was going to have them estimate window replacements for my house, but now I will not.
Read the fine print and beware the estimate and contract are only an estimate, even with a signed contract the price increased.

"M Phippin did a great job on our 2 room addition. He has the most detailed and easy to understand quote. He stuck to his quote. The work was done in a timely manner considering corona virus came into play towards the end of the remodel. We absolutely love the 2 rooms he did and I wouldn’t think twice to hire him again."

"Better than I could have imagined! In January 2023, I decided to open up my living/dining room area by doing a remodel in Seaford DE. This consisted of removing two walls to open up the space. After receiving a couple of quotes, I selected Callaway Corp as the price was incredibly reasonable and their designer/project coordinator, Katherine, helped me envision what it could look like (including paint colors, flooring, lighting, electrical, and more). What used to be a dark and dingy area is now bright and cheerful and my guests no longer walk into a “tube” from the front door. It is completely open and I have so much more room. During the process, the crews discovered some foundation issues and some water damage, of which was expertly fixed. The entire project was complete on time and on budget. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a home remodel. Callaway is an honest and experienced construction company and I am already planning my phase 2 renovations with them."

"If you, or someone you know is in need of construction, Iâ m highly recommend General Contractor, Charles Weyer owner of CMI Construction Group. Long story shortâ ¦..My husband was in search for a construction company to help remodel part of our kitchen. He called about 3 or 4 companies, left voice messages, but no one ever returned our calls. Very frustrating. However, by the Grace of the Lord, upon returning to our vehicle at Home Depot lot, we noticed a business card left on our vehicle that said CMI Construction. I said to my husband, what were the chances!!! It felt like a mini Christmas miracle! My husband called, and about an hour later, Charles of CMI Construction returned his call!! Charles came the same day to look over the project. He started the next day. To shorten this post, Iâ m condensing Charles Weyer work traits. He was here 8 hours, and this is what I observed⠦⠦.Charles attention to detail is awesome, Work ethics are outstanding, very professional, Returns calls, takes pride in his work, Polite, offers suggestions, arrives on time, hard worker, cleaned up his workspace very well. At the end of the job, I heard Charles ask my husband if he was happy with his work. Then proceeded to say, if you are not happy with the outcome of my work, my job is not finished, I want you to be happy. My husband, and I are extremely happy with his workmanship, and that is saying a lot as my husband is very picky. He is new to the area, and looking to build clientele. "Brian brought his people in to correct a prior contractorà ¢ s mess. He repaired the damage and finished off the tile work. He also installed shower doors on the new tiled shower. Brian was prompt and respectful and reasonably priced. Wish we had known about him before we started remodel. He would have done a more reputable job. We will hire him for all future work."
