After years of City Renovations and Remodeling successfully improving or repairing my home, I hired the company to help me with an investment rental property. Mike completed a walk-thru assessment and report to supplement the information from the home inspector and appraiser. "Devin, the owner, had done remodeling for four of our neighbors all of whom were extremely pleased. When we bought a new house that needed significant work, we knew that we wanted to have Devin do the work. Because of our difficult seller, Devin's estimate was the only estimate we received. We knew that he was not cheap but that he would do quality work. He began work as soon as we closed on the house. Devin promised that we would be able to move in by six weeks. He and his contractors worked hard and long hours. At one point he had 25 workers there. And yes, we did move in at six weeks. When we did ask him to add work to the list, he was always fair.
