"This is the second time I've worked with Hector and his team, the first being a bathroom renovation that went extremely well. I previously had an driveway and garage floor that were all-dirt/gravel and badly needed to upgrade. Hector came up with a solution that addressed difficult drainage issues without major excavation. I'm very happy with the result and now have a smooth concrete garage floor, together with a Belgian block-edged blacktop driveway that will be much easier to use and maintain. He came to the stores with us to talk through options and the pros and cons of the materials and was available anytime we wanted to chat. When it came to doing the work, it couldn't have gone smoother. Fast execution. High quality work. Daily clean up (zero mess in or outside the house during). When we didn't like some of the choices we made (paint, etc), Lenny made the changes with zero fuss. There are many examples throughout the project where the team went above and beyond and finished right on time. "Overall everything went well. They were very responsive, came around 8:30 each day when I was told they’d arrive between 8-9, and the owner checked in on the worker each day. I was pleased he put up a plastic sheet to block off the area while sanding so the dust didn’t end up all over. The person doing the work did need to borrow our screwdriver and use a garbage bag so it was slightly surprising he didn’t have everything he’d need himself. Additionally there are a few noticeable scrape marks in the mud which will need to be patched up. For the most part though we are happy with the work and how efficient they were."
