We were excited to review and discuss the project with Doug as he took the time to hear our vision, take pictures and measurements. We felt the estimate was very fair and immediately hired them for the job. The entire process went very smooth and thorough. DBC has a broad selection of talent and we felt that each friendly face that showed up truly contributed to the project. DBC made sure to address every concern and made sure that we were satisfied with every phase. The project turned out great and we love our new look space! We realize that our project scope is fairly minor compared to some, but we certainly felt that our project was just as important to DBC as a large renovation, Highly recommend them for all your needs! "BEST CONTRACTOR EVER! The project included an exterior ramp, 1st fl laundry & 1/2 bath near the kitchen. I needed the ramp done 1st for an elderly person being released from physical rehab in under a wk. He worked very hard through the worst days of the smoke from the Canada forest fires. He understood ADA requirements and built accordingly. Plus, he suggested things I hadn't thought of like widening the mudroom doorway for a wheel chair if needed in the future & raising the mudroom floor just a little to keep it level with the kitchen floor. The ramp is very sturdy. The senior is using it with great confidence. The interior revamp went very well & was just what our senior needed. Not only did he have the project done in a timely manner, but while walking through Lowes he noticed a stackable washer & dryer 20% off, unopened box. He texted me & we grabbed it! Dave not only knows the construction business but goes above & beyond what's needed and he has a good heart."

"I recently hired SAB Services for the removal of an existing fence, and installation of a new 6-ft. wood privacy fence along the same contour. Steve Britton and his associate completed the project in two work days, which was the estimated amount of time Steve told me the project would likely take before the project began. New fence looks nice and SAB Services went through the trouble of maintaining a consistent 6-ft. height of the fence for privacy, even though it was installed on somewhat uneven terrain. Steve took the time to explain various details of the project to me before the project began, during construction, and upon completion. SAB Services provided a one-year warranty on the new fence, and the price was certainly reasonable, especially when compared to some of SAB's competitors. Steve and his associate were both very professional, and debris/scrap from the fence removal/installation were not left behind in the yard. I would certainly hire SAB Services again, and recommend the company to others."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
