I hired Excalibur several years ago to refinish my wood floors and they did such a good job that I reached out to them again to do tackle some larger projects. His team was professional and were more than willing to wear masks while working in our home due to the ongoing pandemic. "I was very satisfied with the end result, however, the process of getting the project scheduled was a nightmare.  It was almost two months from the date we went to contract, with a significant deposit, to the beginning of the actual work.   The most troublesome issue  was that I was not contacted by anyone from Digorgio to keep me informed about scheduling.  Granted, it was a rainy time and much of their work had to be postponed.  That is totally understandable and acceptable.  However, weeks went by without any attempt to inform me of the delay of this project.  To add insult and frustration to injury, I contacted them at least 3 times and was spoken to in a very rude manner or was never called back.   The roofers were professional, unlike the management, they did a very good job.   The Leaf Guard installers were a different story.  They were rushed, rude and left a mess.  DiGorgio did get them to come back and clean up.   Overall, it was a trying process and the inspector at the end of the job was apologetic and professional.   I would probably use them in the future but I would NOT accept any nonsense.  Live and learn.
