Leon of YM Construction gave us a reasonable bid and timeline based on our plans. He gave us a detailed estimate for the list of work we wanted done in the house, answered all our questions in a way we understood and provided available options. Bids from other companies were much higher and some tried to get us to hire them quickly while asking for half of the money upfront. Leon was patient, absolutely no pressure and gave great guidance. We felt very comfortable that he was the right choice for us. Our home remodel went fairly smoothly, was completed on time and relatively on budget. We trusted Leon and his crew throughout the construction process and we are so very happy with the result. He communicated constantly with status updates and if there were any issues. They installed the proper base course, compacted, and installed rebar, with dowels into the existing car port concrete pad. I am happy with the new concrete driveway."
