He is probably the most detail oriented contractor that I have ever worked with. The deck was completely rotted through, my siding as well and I had a collapsed chimney and this was the first time I have ever needed to replace any of these items. He walked me through my options both with careful regard to cost and attention to details that I specifically wanted to use in the deck design. We ended up using a mid-grade composite decking with hidden fasteners and metal in wood frame for the exterior railing. It will likely outlast the home itself it is so solid, and it is the perfect size in comparison with the home and with everything complying to our exacting local code. I have gotten so many compliments from everyone who has come over, including the inspector required by my insurance, and my neighbors are thrilled with the new view.
