Leon of YM Construction gave us a reasonable bid and timeline based on our plans. He completed the full renovation (demolition down to the load bearing walls, new plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall, insulation, ceiling, roof, gutters, redone original wood floors, basically everything) in exactly the time he said it would take - 2 1/2 months to the day.
