"We hired JB Construction to remodel our master bathroom and bedroom, this project included building a new shower, tile, new fixtures, etc. Joe did such a great job we decided to have the whole second floor remodeled including the other 3 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room. My wife and I have been very pleased with the work and the how professional Joe and his crew were. This is the second major remodel we have done with JB, he finished our basement 8 years ago. We will be hiring him in 2025 to remodel our first floor which will include the kitchen. Overall I highly recommend JB Construction and if you are looking for quality work, done on budget and on time you will very happy!!!"

"Fonda and Steve run a fantastic company, excellent communication and quality of craftsmanship. We used them 1st to build decking over our back patio and a privacy wall, to enclose our hot tub. A few months later we had them remodel our kitchen which included adding new cabinets, painting existing cabinets, countertops, backsplash, lighting and plumbing. They were always prompt, dependable, cleaned up after each day’s work and extremely easy to communicate with. My husband and I very satisfied with their work and will most definitely hire them again!"

"We had a wonderful experience with Bryan Casey Construction. They communicated very well throughout the entire project and were very efficient and punctual. We had a facelift in the kitchen and 1/2 bath and a complete remodel of the master bath. They were very helpful and had a lot of ideas and insight in the planning stage. The bids are extremely detailed so everyone knew exactly what would happen. The kitchen cabinets were painted a beautiful warm white and the center island is a darker grey. It makes the kitchen look so much brighter and larger. Julie had so many excellent ideas to remodel the master bath! We had the old jacuzzi removed and a beautiful freestanding tub installed. Bryan made the shower about twice the size with a gorgeous inset of decorative tile. We had new cabinets and sinks, and a heated floor installed as well. We love the results. We will definitely use them again when the need arises."

He identified a problem with the materials and contacted the manufacturer immediately. He worked the issue to resolution independantly and completed the repairs at no additional cost to us. "They were recommended to us. Our 1/2-bath remodel was done in 2022. Watch what you pay. While their work was great, our 1-week project turned into 3 weeks plus without discussing it with us. He handed us a bill for $2,400.00 more than he bid, which we agreed to. His excuse was that it took longer to do some things than he expected. Not our problem. He kept saying no big deal and how long he had been doing this, so he should have known how long it would take to do things. We clearly outlined in writing what needed to be done. We discussed everything. We pointed out the termite damage, so he knew about that. He knew he'd have to build out the walls to put in a shelf. He threw away a wax ring for the toilet, then spent half a day driving around trying to find one that worked. His son would not show sometimes, so he said it took him longer because he needed his son help. Several days he did not show because he worked on another job. There were no hidden surprises on our end. We did not ask for additional things to be done. We stuck to our list. We bought the tile, shower base, shower door, shower head [and raised it up], new vent/light, and toilet. All they had to do was tear out the old, install the new in a half bath, and get any supplies he needed to do the job. His bid was $6,400.00, but we ended up paying $9,561.70 [$921.70 was tools and materials]. He charged us for an extra 14 hours at $160.00 per hour. His last day, he walked in and handed me a bill with the additional amount. What if we did not have that extra money? Why did he not tell us ahead of time that it was going to cost more? He just acted like it was no big deal; it was more than he bid, and we should have no problem paying the additional amount, which again, we were not made aware of and did not agree on. Of course I paid it, then kicked myself later. We should have paid what he bid, and if he wanted the rest, told him to take us to court."

"Deano Tile was fantastic to work with to remove and replace my dated kitchen backsplash when we remodeled our kitchen. Their team quickly demoed the backsplash and put up backer board and waited a few weeks while we worked on other projects. Then they came back and put up the tile I ordered from a third party. They were very courteous, always putting down drop cloths for the flooring and cleaning up after they were done. I would highly recommend Deano Tile for any tile needs."
