In addition, they took on the task of correcting an existing project that someone else had started and never completed, the correct assembly of a wall mounted gazebo. Kurt's knowledge, experience, and problem solving abilities led the way for completing both tasks quickly, correctly and cost effectively. "Working with this team on both a boat dock inside the home project, I found them extremely professional from the office staff/ workers project leader. They took all the time I needed to fully explain my ideas and then they made several additional recommendations (not in a pushy way) to consider to help ensure the final project was all that I expected. As the project progressed I always felt I was being updated and fully understanding each step. In many projects, unexpected issues sometimes arise but Richard took the time to explain them and let me so I could make any changes I felt were needed or could wait until another project. "Richard did a fantastic job! I had an idea of what I wanted and he took it the extra mile with what he invisioned. He worked within my budget and when I would ask for more work, he was honest on how much and didn't just do it and charge more and when I asked him for his professional advice, his answer was not to tack on more money but what would make the project look great which is exactly what he did ( and believe me I would've kept adding to the project). "I was very happy with the finished product overall. The floor and shower tile came out great. The stand alone tub looks like a spa hotel with high end wall mounted fixtures. They were also able to build me a large towel/supply closet that I did not have with the original layout. The only issues I had were a few miscommunications with the guys doing the work, and I wish the painter would have taped off and covered the vanity. Both issues were not that bad though because I was able to reach Jeff pretty quickly when I did have a question or needed to clarify any work issues. The paint job was overall pretty good too, but it was a little inconvenient getting little paint droplets off the vanity top. The custom shower door took a little longer than expected and extended the finish date of the remodel a little, but not that big of a deal. The finished product look way better than before and looks like a high end luxury hotel bathroom."
