"Our basement remodel with Top Remodeling was a success. Dan's project management skills and the team's craftsmanship delivered an amazing space."

"Elite remodeling did an amazing job on my mother's DC home. They performed a complete interior and exterior remodel - all bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room, hardwood floors, front and back porch remodel. In addition, they installed all the appliances - kitchen and laundry appliances. They worked efficiently, professionally, and resolved any issues that were unknown to me. I would highly recommend them for any job- in particular in the DMV area. They are One stop shop - capable of resolving Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry and construction issues. They are professional and trustworthy. Once again, I highly, highly recommend them. Diane M. Benjamin (DC Home Owner)"

"We opted for addition remodeling with Top Remodeling, and it's like we have a brand new home. The project was smooth, and Dan's guidance was invaluable."

"I had an excellent experience with Home Breakthrough and would definitely recommend them for a bathroom remodel. Francisco and his team did exceptional work and took great care of my home throughout the entire project. One thing I especially appreciated was Francisco taking the time to go shopping with me for materials. I really didn’t know what I needed, and he helped me make selections, offering suggestions on good-quality materials that would work within my budget. Because we weren’t sure how extensive the damage would be until the work began, I needed a contractor who could be flexible as issues came up. Home Breakthrough was able to handle the additional work, including a secondary ceiling repair. The project did take longer than originally quoted, but that was understandable given the additional repairs and work that became part of the project. I’m very happy with the finished bathroom and the quality of the work. I would absolutely use Home Breakthrough again."

"We recently remodeled our bathroom with VKB Kitchen and Bath and are very happy with the results. Everything came out beautiful, especially the tile and shower. The team was helpful, easy to work with, and kept us updated throughout the project. We would definitely recommend VKB for a bathroom remodel!"

"I purchased a $59 coupon for 1 hour plastering/drywall repair and paid c. $130 for each additional hour/part thereof. Mike (the owner) came for a preliminary visit to look at what we needed done and give an estimate.  He was easy to reach, courteous and professional.  Joe came a few days later to do the work.  He too was punctual (arrived even a few minutes early) and polite and professional, worked quickly and cleaned up any mess.  I am completely satisfied with all aspects of the work in terms of quality and the professionalism of Mike and Joe.  I would definitely cal City Renovations and Remodeling again and recommend them to my friends.

"After 4+ years in the DC area, Adam Contracting has performed a number of services for us. This last project was a bathroom remodel and tile. Their crew was very professional and we were very pleased with the work. Everything Adam Contracting LLC has done for us has been professionally done and they are great to work with. This remodel was the perfect final touch to our home ahead of the house going to market. We are moving from the area but I would highly recommend you consider Adam Contracting for your housing needs. They are versatile and can complete a number of projects. We are grateful for the relationship we built with this company over time."

"Amazingly smooth and perfect for 3 main reasons. (FYI - LFC's services were from a referral from a co-worker) First, Tony, Uncle Meart, and their entire team could not have been easier to work with. They treated our house like it was their house. Our family like it was their family. They took care to keep the disruption of our daily routine to a minimum. Their workers were properly supervised each day and were respectful. They provided a detailed work schedule that was strictly followed and it was clear when payment installments were due. When there was a need to change the schedule, Tony provided a new work schedule within 2 days. We have never had such a good experience with a contractor. We plan to use them again and already have put them on projects with our family and friends. We were that satisfied and trust their services that much. Second, their work was spotless, professional and timely. Their team's workmanship was of high quality. Whenever something did not look right, it was immediately corrected. Tony or Uncle Meart reviewed all of the work done by their workers to make sure it was functional and looked good. It is obvious that they take pride in their work. It is refreshing in this day and age. As with any construction project, it lasted longer than predicted. However, it was only as much time as needed to have the project done well and to high standards. Third, they worked within our budget. Our repair/remodel was caused by a water leak while we were on vacation. It was devastating. The insurance company, was tough to work with. Trying not to cover certain damage. Tony was open and honest with this approach with us, and the insurance company. He spoke directly with the insurance company and with additional submittals was able to get them to cover a large percentage of the damage. This was because of his tenacity and calm manner in dealing with them. His financial costs were on par with "going rate." This gave us peace of mind and allowed us to focus more on the repair and not the insurance costs."

"Fantastic! Devin and his team remodeled three of the four bedrooms in my townhouse in Clarendon: the first about four years ago and the other two bathrooms two years ago. He also built me a new closet in the master bedroom. The entire experience was amazing. The work is top quality - years later it still looks perfect and I have not had any problems - and his team is polite, professional, timely and they left my home spotless when they left. And since the work has been completed, Devin has helped me with little issues for free whenever I needed help. He is truly a talented professional and a stellar person. Can’t recommend highly enough!"

"I highly recommend John Krause Construction to anybody in need of any level of
home renovation/remodel. They did a wonderful job on my most recent Home
rehab. We started this project on 1/11/16 with a 60 day deadline and they
finished the project in 54 days and stayed on budget. JKC's employees were
courteous and professional making them a pleasure to deal with. All of the
workers were very knowledgeable of their trades and did top quality work and
left the job site clean after each day. In the business of flipping homes, it
is very important to be able to get these jobs done fast and on budget and JKC
was able to do both without sacrificing any quality of the finished product
making them an ideal contractor for use in my line of work and for anybody
looking to do a remodel project at their home.
