Since I live in a different state, he did everything from evaluation, sourcing the tile, and figuring out a solution for a small hiccup that occurred during installation. The only reason I didn't rate the quality a 5 is because of a small area of grout that wasn't filled in and the color didn't match. It really wasn't a big deal because it was hidden by a vanity.
