"Dave/Diamondwood took over a major remodel project (essentially a new home) from another contractor. We are in our house today thanks to Dave and his team. Dave was very communicative along the way and we worked together well on the scheduling of each phase along with what owner supplied items were needed for the next step. Dave takes a lot of pride in his work and we are grateful for the effort he showed us in building our home. We would work with him again."

"Workers were fabulous and on time and very clean. A terrific remodel"

"We had NorthCreek Construction out for a basement remodel and we're very please. Kirk, the owner was an overall good dude and made sure his crew was punctual and tidy. The basement turned out beautiful!"

"I called for an estimate and their price was way out of line; borderline exorbitant.

"The work was done very well. Came to our house when they said they would. The crew was here about 3 weeks to replace our 2 decks. The workers were very polite and answered any questions I had. Very pleased with the new decks. Well run business."

"I would like to thank Community construction for the work they did with the remodel / rework job they did on my manufactured home in the Yankee Springs / Middleville Michigan area. I recently have expanded my family and need to convert an extra living room space into a bedroom and a smaller sitting / tv room. The Gentleman "Nate" who worked on my home did a great job. Nate communicated with me every step of the way to make sure I was always informed of what was going on. thanks again."

"The most reliable, honest and professional contractor in the area. They turned our unfinished basement into a comfortable place to live and entertain our family. We were on a very tight schedule and Pete and his crew were able to make it happen. Not only did they complete the project in time for our family reunion, they did it with absolute perfection. Thanks to this amazing team we now have 2 more bedrooms, another bathroom, a very comfortable family room, a game room and bar. We would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a contractor they can count on."

"They were prompt, kept us informed and cleaned up after the job was finished!"

"We contacted Evan and Mike from Bayside Home Services to remodel our bathroom. Mike came out and gave us a very reasonable quote that included gutting the entire bathroom and replacing the tub with a shower unit, replace the toilet and vanity. They also reworked the plumbing and the sewer lines. We were very impressed at the quality of work they performed. They completed the project in a timely manner, cleaned up afterwork and were professional in every respect. Mike is excellent with communication. We were informed almost every day on the progress of our project. We will be using Bayside Home Services in the future and would highly recommend them for your home improvement project."
